Authenticity in its purest form is like a rare flower growing from the concrete.
Recently, there seems to be an increasing discussion about the importance of authenticity and how one can embrace it. I believe this surge in interest is due to the current global turmoil, pushing individuals to define themselves and their purpose.
In my journey, I've come to focus on a concept I term 'personal power.' While closely related to authenticity, framing it as personal power offers a unique interpretation—it’s a gift you bestow upon yourself, rooted in your inner life force or divine essence. Personal power reflects in your presence, your demeanor, and fundamentally, in the realization of your uniqueness and inherent strength.
A book that significantly shaped my understanding of power is 'Journey to Ixtlan' by Carlos Castaneda. It emphasizes the omnipresence of power and energy. Every place we travel and the people we meet impact us. The position we sleep and the Understanding this dynamic is crucial because realizing that everyone possesses power enables us to discern how it interacts with us and others. This awareness allows us to identify influences that either diminish our power or bolster it.
Mastering this nuanced understanding of power dynamics is essential for living and thriving. Recognizing the elements that impact our personal power helps us maintain balance, enhancing our ability to flourish in environments that sustain and empower us. We utilize life force on the daily, and often give no merit to when it's taken away or activated.
