  2. I will begin this episode today by talking a little bit about the experience

around why this meditation I think is important to be shared.

And then before we do the meditation, I will

    lead you up to it,

and then those who can partake in the meditation,

    stay tuned,

and those that can't, go ahead and pause the episode and do the meditation when you are ready.

  3. The higher self is the essentially divine version of all of your entirety.

And future self is the parts of your fragmented future that you wish to connect with.

So I have been finding myself connecting with both versions of myself, my future self and my higher self.

The higher self is a very unconditional and loving,

    all-embracing,

    all-encompassing.

And it's almost like a universal mother.

It's really incredible for me to connect with that energy when I'm feeling...

    alone,

    shaken,

    unsure,

    and

    unsettled.

Especially in times of massive change and turbulence and when I don't have a lot of community around me.

  4. The future self is important to connect to when you are trying to understand

anxiety or depression and you are allowing yourself to come into a timeline where you want to understand the unfolding of things.

Future self is really important to do when you are in a space where you just

need to know what version of yourself can exist and what you can truly feel and

move into that existence.

May you always remember that you are more than what you think and more than what you remember. And that in every aspect of you, there is always a way to find the light.
